CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You can cancel an order through the Iyasi website/M-site until it has been packed at our warehouse. Cancellation would not be accepted Onwards.

  • For order cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team at Email id or mobile number. Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse.
  • For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
  • For wallet & store credits the refund shall reflect within 24 hours
  • If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.
  • If the payment was made by redeeming an Iyasi Fashion Gift Card, you will receive the refund amount in your Iyasi Fashion Store Credits within 24 hours. Any amount paid over and above the gift card value will be refunded to the source account per the stipulated timeline.

REFUND POLICY

  • Only if the product is damaged.
  • Raise a request within 48hrs of receiving the product.
  • Send pictures of damaged products.
  • Once accepted, the order will be picked up by the courier partner within 4-7 business days.
  • The product should be unused with the product tag and original invoice.
  • Refund is initiated within 4-7 business days after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • When you return the product to the courier guy, take a receipt (mandatory). In case of loss of shipment, we will need proof of return by you.
  • The damages caused due to improper product care and usage are considered invalid according to our policies.
  • No return after the product is stitched.
  • do not accept any package, if arrived in an unsealed condition. The customers are requested to contact our customer support and report the same immediately with their order ID.

Damaged/Defective Product(s)

Beads and Sequences coming off: We hope that people who buy products with beads and sequences understand that it has a tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping, this cannot be avoided. Such products do not come under damaged products.

Products with extra thread will not be counted as damaged.

Shipping Cost

Shipping Cost is calculated per product, which will be reflected on your checkout page.

India / Domestic orders: Shipping cost is Rupees — per product.

Shipping Time

Domestic orders: The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 5-7 days in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 8-10 days for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed.

Delays in Delivery

These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on a case-to-case basis depending on the availability of the item and other factors.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any.

No refund, return, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

We may also choose to deliver the shipment in parts. In that case, if you choose to cancel your order, we can only cancel the unshipped part of the order. (Not valid for all the cases).

Product Availability

We make an earnest effort to make sure that the merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event that we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to the unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 5 working days from the date you place the order.

Lost In transit

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select an alternate product.
